By logging into the System, the user agrees that the high speed internet access (“HSIA” is made available on an as is and as available basis and without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. By using the System, the user agrees that there is no warranty the HSIA will be uninterrupted or error free, or that it or the component parts that make it available are free of viruses or other person or entity for cost of cover or any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of the HSIA’s performance or non-performance or the use of the HSIA. Finally, the user agrees that it will not use the HSIA for any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws, and acknowledges and agrees that we may assist law enforcement officials, without user’s notice or approval, in any investigation pertaining to HSIA use.
